It is submitted by learned counsel for the applicant that the case of the applicant is identical with co-accused Nand Kishore who has been granted
anticipatory bail because the applicant has been implicated on the basis of memo of another co-accused namely Farukh.
Counsel for the State submits that case diary is not available and the memo of Farukh needs to be perused.

Let there be no coercive action against the applicant in view of the judgment of Apex Court passed in SLP No.5191/2021 dated 07.10.2021 (Satyendra Kumar Antil vs. CBI) which has been submitted for perusal today.
