It is seen from the records that the appellant was convicted vide judgment dated 8.2.2013 for 5 years R.I. and fine of Rs.50,000/- and in default of depositing the fine further 2 years R.I.

The order sheets does not reflects that the suspension was allowed by this Court at any point of time.

In such circumstances, the sentence awarded by the learned trial Court appears to have been executed by the appellant.

Let the information with respect to the aforesaid be called from by the concerning trial Court or the jail authority.

Needful be done within 15 days. List the matter in the week commencing 29.11.2021.
