Shri Satish Shrivastava, learned counsel for the respondent No.2. Shri Sanjay Malvi, learned counsel for the respondent No.7. Heard on I.A. No. 2138/2021 has been moved for extension the period
of interim order dated 23.01.2018.
In this case, as per order dated 03.03.2021, the arguments are required to be heard upon the question whether the provisions of Order 22 of C.P.C. are applicable to the writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India.
Today, the time of Court is over. Therefore, arguments could not heard.
Hence, it is ordered that upon the aforesaid application that till the next date of hearing final judgment will not be passed by the trial Court.
Both parties are directed to argue upon the aforesaid point on the next date positively.
List this case in the week commencing from 22.03.2021.
