As per prosecution story, this applicant was arrested in crime no.70/2020 for the offence under Section 341, 294, 327, 506 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 25 of the Arms Act. He was sent to jail on

14.02.2020. In the Jail he tried to enter in a prohibited area when he was objected by the guard he misbehaved with him and obstructed him from discharging his duties.

Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant is in jail since last one year. So far the 33 cases registered against him are concerned in most of the cases he has been acquitted. Learned counsel has filed copies of the 10 judgment to show the acquittal. Whether the applicant has been granted bail in crime no.70/2020. Hence Shri Meena prays for time to produce the order.

Time is granted.

Meanwhile, learned panel lawyer for the respondent/State is directed to produce the case diary by the next hearing.
