Shri Kapil Sharma, learned counsel for the petitioners.
Heard.
Issue notice to the respondents on payment of PF within seven days,
failing which, petition shall stand dismissed without reference to this Court.
He is also heard on interim relief.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that all the petitioners are major. Petitioners No.1 & 2 have solemnized marriage on their own volition. The petitioner No.3 & 4 are parents of petitioner No.1. Since certain persons are aggrieved by the marriage, all the petitioners are under threat.
Considering the aforesaid, it is directed that in the event petitioners feel any threat because of said marriage, they may prefer an application before respondent No.3 for their protection. In that event, it shall be the duty of the respondent No.3 to ensure that life, liberty and dignity of the petitioners is not put to jeopardy by anyone because of said marriage.
This order is passed in view of judgment of Supreme Court in the case of Lata Singh vs. State of UP, (2006) 5 SCC 475.
