Shri Rajesh Kumar Patel, Advocate for the petitioner. Shri Pradeep Singh, learned Government Advocate for the State has raised a preliminary objection that the petition is not maintainable because it has been filed through Union without disclosing the names of the members

of the Union and without any authorization. In support of his submission, he has placed reliance on a judgment of this court in the matter of Prabhat Vs. Barkatulla University, Bhopal and another, 2011 ILR 1692.

Learned counsel for the petitioner prays for time to examine the same. List in the next week.
