This application has been filed contending that the respondent has wrongly relied upon the judgment of this Court inW.P.No.5887/2016 (Arvind Gurjar Vs. State of M.P. & Others), passed on 27.10.2016 and that was later on over ruled by the full bench. He may be allowed to delete para 6.4 of the memorendum of writ petition with regard to Annexure P/9.

Prayer is accepted.

Para 6.4 with regard to Annexure P/9 shall stand deleted. Petitioner is permitted to file amended petition within a week. List after a week.
