                              Heard on I.A.No.5943/2021 filed for permission to convert this appeal
                      into M.Cr.C under Section 378(4) of Cr.P.C. At present the appeal under
                      Section 378(4) of Cr.P.C has been filed against the judgment dated

                      02.02.2021 passed by JMFC Sidhi by which learned Court acquitted the
                      respondent Arun Soni for the offence under Section 138 of Negotiable

Instruments Act. Because order of acquittal has been passed in complaint case, therefore, leave to appeal is necessary, hence Registry raised the objection in this regard.

After taking into consideration I.A.No.5943/2021 is allowed. Counsel for the appellant is directed to incorporate the necessary amendment for conversion and thereafter Registry will register this case as M.Cr.C instead of Criminal Appeal.
