It is submitted by Shri D.P. Singh that in the light of latest

judgment passed by supreme Court, the CBSE is in the process of

changing guidelines and it is submitted that in all probability, fresh

guidelines shall be issued within a period of two weeks.

Accordingly, list this case in week commencing 5th July, 2021.

In case, the fresh guidelines are not issued, then the Regional

Secretary, CBSE shall file his affidavit, pointing out the modalities

which are required to be considered for issuing guidelines and why

CBSE is taking so much of time to change the guidelines for change

of name of students and their parents in the marksheets.
