respondent/State.
Registry is directed to find out whether the appeal against the judgment of conviction impugned in the present matter has also been filed by the co-accused Dhavdiya @ Radheshyam who were both convicted for offence under Section 302/34 of IPC and sentenced to life imprisonment.
In case it is found that the aforesaid accused has not filed the appeal, a communication be sent to the Secretary M.P.High Court Legal Services Committee to engage a counsel from their panel and get his appeal filed.
