amicable settlement and have resolved all their disputes pending between them out of Court.

For the reasons stated therein, the said said IA is allowed and the first appeal is permitted to be withdrawn.

Accordingly, the first appeal is dismissed as withdrawn. Original certified copy of the impugned judgment and decree be returned to learned counsel for the appellant after obtaining photocopy of the same.
