Heard on I.A. No.6736/2020, an application for suspension of

sentence.

Learned counsel for the appellant during course of hearing stated that the bail granted to this appellant on 22.03.2010 by this Court was cancelled vide order dated 24.07.2018.

This Court in the order dated 24.07.2018 took note of four offences committed by the appellant when he remained on bail.

Shri Mandloi submits that out of these four offences appellant has been convicted only in one case.

It is not clear as to what is the outcome of remaining three matters.

Considering the aforesaid, we deem it proper to direct Shri Mandloi to file the judgment of all the four matters or in alternatively file affidavit to show what is the status of four matters.

List after two weeks.
