Learned counsel for the petitioner submit that compassionate appointment application of the petitioner has been rejected on the ground that

married daughter is not entitled for compassionate appointment. The order is contrary to the judgment passed by the Full Bench in the case of Meenakshi Dubey Vs. The State of Madhya Pradesh (W.A.No.756/2019).

Issue notice to the respondents on payment of P.F within seven working days by both modes, returnable within six weeks.
