As the impugned order dated 13/10/2020 has been passed in MJC

No.100004/2015 by the Court of Civil Judge Class-II, Pathariya, Distt. Damoh by which it has finally been decided that the petitioner came to possession of the disputed land after the judgment and decree dated 31/8/2012 passed by learned lower appellate Court i.e. the Court of 2nd Additional District Judge, Damoh in Regular Civil Appeal No.19-A/2009, thus, the impugned order is final in nature and not appealable, hence, at this stage, civil revision filed against the said order cannot be said to be not maintainable, therefore, the same is found maintainable.

Thus, office objection is overruled.
