Shri Pushyamitra Bhargava, learned Additional Advocate

Learned counsel for the petitioner, at the outset, submits that the point involves in this case is squarely covered by the recent Full Bench judgment delivered in case of Kamal Khare Vs. State of M.P. and others, which is followed in W.P. No.22290/2019 and in various other cases.

The singular point pressed is that in the detention order, the District Magistrate has not mentioned that the corpus has valuable right to prefer a representation against the detention order before the same authority, namely, District Magistrate.

Shri Bhargava, learned Additional Advocate General prays for a day's time to seek instructions on this aspect.
