Gwalior, Dated : 22-02-2021
Shri S.S. Rajput, learned counsel for the petitioner.
       None for respondent No.1.

Shri Avnees Singh, learned Public Prosecutor for respondent No.2/State.

I.A. No.3596/2020, an application for condonation of delay in filing

this Revision, is taken up for consideration.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner is illiterate villager. He was not knowing about the judgment of the trial Court. Only on account of service of warrant, he came to know regarding the judgment passed by the trial Court. As soon as this fact came to the knowledge of the present petitioner, petitioner has filed this revision. It is further submitted that the petitioner has already suffered three months incarceration. Under these circumstances, learned counsel for the petitioner prays for condonation of delay of around four year in filing this Criminal

Revision.

Heard arguments advanced by learned counsel for the petitioner. Considering the submissions made by learned counsel for the petitioner and for the reasons mentioned in the application, I.A. No.3596/2020 is allowed.

Consequently, delay in filing this revision is hereby condoned. Revision is admitted for final hearing. Let record of the Courts below be requisitioned. List this case for final hearing in due course.
