Heard.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the SDO in utter disregard to the judgment and decree passed by this court, has declared the
disputed land as government land without any authority and legal basis.
Learned counsel for the respondents No.4 and 5 submits that the judgment and decree referred to by the petitioner was passed in the appeal filed by the Municipal Council, Sheopur, but it has not been impleaded in this petition.
Being necessary party, the petitioner is directed to implead Municipal Council, Sheopur in this petition and amended cause title be filed within a week.
After filing of the amended cause title, notice be issued against private
respondents as well as to Municipal Council, Sheopur of this petition and of I.A.No.230 of 2020 and on the application for grant of ad interim writ on payment of process fee within seven working days by RAD as well as ordinary mode, returnable within four weeks.
Record of the court below be also caused for.
