                                             Heard on the question of admission.
                                             This appeal has been filed arising out of the judgment and decree dated
                                    22.9.2021 passed by the 7th Additional District Judge, Sagar in Civil Suit
                                    No.16-A/2016.

                                             Learned counsel for the appellants submits that a permanent decree has
                                    been passed.
                                             Under the circumstances, let notice be issued to the respondents on

payment of process fee within seven days by ordinary as well as RAD mode, returnable within three weeks.

Record of the learned court below be also requisitioned. Till the next date of hearing, partition proceedings may go on, however, no final decree may be passed.
