Shri A.K. Shrivastava, learned counsel for petitioner.
Petitioner has filed this writ petition making a prayer that respondent be
directed to make payment of pension to petitioner.
It is submitted by counsel for petitioner that petitioner had filed a representation before CEO, Bhopal Development Authority, Maharana Pratap
Nagar, Bhopal, but same has not been considered and decided. He makes a limited prayer that said authority be directed to consider and decide the representation in accordance with law.
In aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, writ petition is disposed of with direction to respondent to consider and decide the representation of petitioner in accordance with law within period of 60 days from receipt of certified copy of the order passed today.
It goes without saying that authority shall also consider the judgment which has been passed by this Court in W.P. No.11238/2012 (s).
A copy of said judgment may also be filed before the appropriate authority within a period of seven days.
No opinion is expressed on the merits of the case.
With aforesaid direction, writ petition is disposed of. Certified copy as per rules.
