The applicant has been convicted under section 14 of the M.P. Rajya Suraksha Adhiniyam, 1990 and sentenced to suffer 01 years R.I. with fine of

Rs.3,000/- with default stipulation by the trial Court vide judgment dated 13.04.2018 passed in Criminal Case No.720/14. He was externed on 23.09.2013 but was found in restricted place (Ratlam) on 09.04.2014 and arrested on the same day. He stands convicted on 16.07.2021.

Learned counsel for the petitioner prays for time to place on record the bail granted to the applicant by the trial Court after arrest on 09.04.2014, to workout complete period of jail incarceration as on date.
