Learned counsel for the appellants submits that appellant No.1 Kamlu @ Kamal Prasad Tripathi @ Bablu has surrendered before the trial Court on

02/08/2021 and appellant No.2 Jai Singh has surrendered before the trial Court on 30/07/2021.

Hence, I.A.No.14213/2021 is now maintainable. As per the impugned judgment, appellants were convicted under Section 148 of IPC and sentenced to RI for 3-3 years with fine of Rs.100/-, each, Section 386/149 of IPC and sentenced to RI for 3-3 years and fine of Rs.500/- each, Section 323/149 of IPC and fine of Rs.500/- each with default stipulations.

Looking to the nature of offence, criminal antecedent of the appellants

be called for.
