This fourth application under Section 439 of Cr.P.C. has been

filed for grant of bail. Third application of the applicant was

dismissed on merits by order dated 07.06.2021 passed in MCRC

No.22820/2021.

The applicant has been arrested on 14.12.2020 in connection

with Crime No.183/2020 registered at Police Station Kachnar Distt.

Ashoknagar for offence under Section 304 of IPC.

It is submitted by the counsel for the State that in fact, nine

criminal cases were registered against the applicant and not five.

Counsel for the applicant seeks permission of this Court to

withdraw this application with liberty to file a fresh application along

with the judgments passed in the previously instituted cases or

documents or order-sheets showing the status of those criminal cases.

With aforesaid liberty, the application is dismissed as

withdrawn.
