             Mr. K.K. Pandey, learned counsel for the petitioner.
             Mr. Amit Garg, learned P.L. for the respondent/State.

The petitioner has filed the present writ petition challenging the order dated 8.6.2020 passed by Nazul Officer, Maihar, District Satna.

Counsel for the petitioner submitted that order is without jurisdiction. Nazul Officer has no authority and power under the M.P. Land Revenue Code to grant Patta in respect of the land, which has been reserved for Gothan.

Counsel for the petitioner has relied on judgment reported in (2016)1M.P.L.J.386 and also relied on Section 237(3) of the M.P. Land Revenue Code, 1959.

Issue notice to the respondents on payment of P.F. within seven days. The impugned order dated 8.6.2020 shall remain stayed till the next

date of hearing.
