                               JUDGMENT

The petitioner has submitted Ext.P1 application for revision

of timings of his stage carriage KL - 86 - C - 3789, within a time

frame.

Having considered the averments in the writ petition and

the contentions raised, this writ petition would stand disposed of,

directing the respondent to consider and pass orders on Ext.P1

representation filed by the petitioner, as expeditiously as possible,

at any rate, within three weeks from today.
