Dated this the 09th day of May 2025

                           JUDGMENT

The petitioners have filed the captioned writ petition,

disposed of in a time-bound manner.

2. Having considered the averments in the writ

petition and the contentions raised, this writ petition would

stand disposed of, directing the 1st respondent to consider

Ext.P2 joint application, as expeditiously as possible, at any

rate, within a period of two weeks from today, by resorting to

circulation of papers under the provisions of the Kerala Motor

Vehicles Rules, 1989.
