                               JUDGMENT

The captioned writ petition is filed, pointing out that the

application at Ext.P2 filed by the petitioner under Section 53 of

the Kerala Forest Act, 1961, for release of his Maruti S-Presso Car

is not being disposed of by the 3rd respondent herein.

2. Having considered the averments in the writ petition

and the contents of Ext.P2, this writ petition would stand

disposed of, directing the 3rd respondent to consider and pass

orders on Ext.P2 application, after granting the petitioner an

opportunity of being heard, as expeditiously as possible, at any

rate, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a

copy of this judgment.
