       Application praying that in the circumstances stated in the
  affidavit filed therewith the High Court be pleased to condone the
  representation delay of 883 of days in filing the appeal in the interests
  of justice.
       This Application coming on for orders on 21.03.2025 and upon
  perusing the application and the affidavit filed by M/S.T.R.S.KUMAR,DEENA
  JOSEPH, RADHIKA IYER, SONA MARIA PAULOSE, AMRUTHA PREMJITH, AISHWARYA
  SHIVAKUMAR, MEGHA RAJAPPAN, Advocates for the applicant and of GOVERNMENT
  PLEADER for the 1st respondent (served on), the court passed the
  following:
                                     ORDER

This is an application seeking to condone the delay of 883 days in representing the appeal.

None appears for the appellant.

On going through the averments contained in the application, we are of the view that the explanation put forth by the appellant is not satisfactory. However, in the interest of justice, we feel it appropriate to condone the delay of 883 days in representing the appeal on condition that the appellant pays an amount of Rs.5000/- [Rupees Five Thousand Only] to the Kerala High Court Legal Service Committee within one week.
