Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned

Standing Counsel for the respondents.

2.​ The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the only

relief which he seeks, is a direction to the respondents, or the competent

authority concerned to consider and dispose of Ext.P10 representation in a

time bound manner.

3.​ Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, we

deem it appropriate to dispose of this Writ Appeal with the following

direction:-

The respondents 1 to 3 or the competent authority concerned

shall consider Ext.P10 representation of the petitioner, as expeditiously

as possible, at any rate, within a period of one month from today.

The Writ Appeal stands disposed of as above.
