                            JUDGMENT

The petitioner has approached this Court seeking for a

direction to the respondent to consider and pass appropriate

orders on Ext.P2 application submitted by the petitioner

seeking revision of timings in respect of stage carriage, bearing

Reg.No.KL-38/1816, operating on the route Angamaly -

Perumbavoor via Nayanthode, Marottichodu, Mattoor, Kalady.

2. I have heard the learned counsel for the

petitioner and the learned Government Pleader.

3. Considering the limited relief sought for in the

writ petition, this Court is of the view that the writ petition can

be disposed of, with a direction to the respondent to consider

and pass appropriate orders on Ext.P2 application, as

expeditiously as possible, at any rate, within a period of one

month from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment, after

affording an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner and

affected parties, if any.
