     This Contempt of court case (civil) having come up for orders on
13.09.2024, the court on the same day passed the following:

                                      ORDER

It is submitted that, as directed by this Court in the

judgment dated 22.02.2024 in W.P.(C) No.6709/2024, the

Agricultural Officer already submitted the report to the

respondent. If that be the case, the respondent has to pass

necessary orders. But no orders are passed as on today.

2. I am of the prima facie opinion that the respondent

committed contempt. Therefore, the respondent shall appear

before this Court through video conferencing on 30.09.2024.

In the meanwhile, if the directions are complied with or if the

judgment is varied or modified, the appearance is dispensed

with.

Post on 30.09.2024.

Issue a copy of this order to the Government Pleader

who will communicate the same to the respondent.
