                             JUDGMENT

The petitioner has filed an application for effecting mutation

on the basis of a registered will dated 15.11.2007. The 3rd

respondent has informed the 2nd respondent through Ext.P1, that

there is an objection by the sister of the petitioner regarding

mutation

2. I have heard Shri. Joseph Rony Jose, the learned

counsel for the petitioner and Smt. Vidya Kuriakose, the learned

Government Pleader.

3. Having considered the facts and circumstances of

the case, I direct the 3rd respondent to consider the application

submitted by the petitioner for effecting mutation after hearing the

affected parties and pass appropriate orders within a period of one

month from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment.
