     Application praying that in the circumstances stated therein the
High Court be pleased to suspend the sentence passed against the
petitioner in Judgment dated 02.02.2023 in CC No.567/2017 on the file of
Judicial First Class Magistrate Court-I, Kollam and Judgment dated
16.08.2024 in Crl.Appeal No.16/2023 on the file of Additional District &
Sessions Judge VI, Kollam, pending disposal of the above Criminal Revision
Petition.
     This application coming on for admission upon perusing the
application and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.KALEESWARAM RAJ, THULASI
K. RAJ, APARNA NARAYAN MENON, CHINNU MARIA ANTONY, Advocates for the
petitioners and of the PUBLIC PROSECUTOR for the respondent, the Court
passed the following:

Admit. Learned Public Prosecutor takes notice

for the respondent.

2. Heard both sides.

3. The execution of the impugned sentence imposed

on the petitioners/revision petitioners shall stand suspended

and bail granted to them on their executing bond for

Rs.50,000/- (Rupees Fifty Thousand Only), each with two

solvent sureties each for the like sum to the satisfaction of

the Trial Court.

Post after Onam holidays for hearing.
