     Prayer for interim relief in the Writ Appeal stating that in the
circumstances stated in the appeal memorandum, the High Court be pleased
to direct the 4th respondent University to permit the appellants to appear
for their first semester exams, which are now scheduled to commence from
17-4-2024, pending disposal of the Writ Appeal.
     This Writ Appeal again coming on for orders along with connected
case on 06/09/2024, upon perusing the appeal memorandum, and this Court's
Order dated 02/09/2024, the court on the same day passed the following:

We have taken this matter for judgment.

In the meanwhile, we permit the students, who are the

petitioners in W.A No.546 of 2024, to appear for the

supplementary examination. The University is also directed to

provisionally declare their results for First Semester B.Sc.

Nursing Degree Regular Examination (2023 Admission), April

2024, forthwith.
