          OP (Civil) praying inter alia that in the circumstances stated in
   the affidavit filed along with the OP(C) the High Court be pleased to stay
   all further proceedings pursuant to Exhibit P7 order (IA No. 8 of 2023 in
   O.S No. 298/2022) on the file of the Munsiff Court, Hosdurg as confirmed
   in CMA No. 6 of 2023 (Exhibit P13) Judgment pending final disposal of the
   above Original Petition.

          This petition again coming on for orders upon perusing the petition
   and the affidavit filed in support of OP(C) and this Court's order dated
   22-08-2024 and upon hearing the arguments of Sri. T.SETHUMADHAVAN (Senior
   Advocate) along with M/S.DEEPA NARAYANAN, K.SUJAI SATHIAN, PREETHI. P.V.,

   respondent, the court passed the following:
