                              JUDGMENT

(Dated this the 5th day of September, 2024)

The writ petition was filed by a four star bar hotel for

police protection to the petitioner firm, management staff,

workers, customers, the vehicles coming and going out of the

hotel.

2. An interim order was passed by this Court on

15.07.2020, directing respondents 1 and 2 to ensure that law and

order is maintained and that respondents 7 and 8 or any other

person acting on their behalf causes no obstruction in the peaceful

conduct of the hotel by the petitioner. The learned Government

Pleader submits that as on today there is no obstruction and there

is no law and order situation.

Therefore, this Writ Petition is disposed, with liberty to

the petitioner to approach the police, in case of any obstruction.
