Application praying that in the circumstances stated in the
affidavit filed therewith the High Court be pleased to re-open the above
contempt Petition and proceed against the respondent for Contempt of
Court, for the ends of Justice.
This Application coming on for orders upon perusing the application
and the affidavit filed in support thereof, this Court's judgment dated
16/08/2023 and upon hearing the arguments of SRI. P.VINODKUMAR, Advocate
for the applicants in IA/petitioners in COC and of GOVERNMENT PLEADER for
the respondent in IA/COC, the court passed the following:

ORDER
After going through the affidavit filed along with the
application, I am of the considered opinion that the Contempt of
Court Case is to be re-opened. The application is allowed.
Even after the extended time, the directions are not
complied. I am of the prima facie opinion that the respondent
committed contempt. The respondent will appear through video
conferencing before this Court on 11.11.2024. In the meanwhile,
if the directions are complied or if the judgment is verified or
modified, the appearance is dispensed with.
I.A.No.1 of 2024 and Con Case (C) No.1681 of 2023
Post on 11.11.2024. The Registry will issue a copy of this
order to the Government Pleader who will communicate the same
to the respondent.
