JUDGMENT
The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits
that pursuant to the directions issued by this Court in the
judgment dated 25-01-2024 in W.P(C)No.33161 of 2022, the
Kerala Coastal Zone Management Authority has passed an order
finding that the building of the petitioner is situated in the no
development zone of CRZ-III.
Taking into consideration the directions issued by this Court
in the judgment dated 25-01-2024 in W.P(C)No.33161 of 2022
and the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner, this
Contempt of Court case is closed, reserving the liberty of the
petitioner to challenge any order/determination of the Kerala
Coastal Zone Management Authority, in accordance with the law.
