This Crl.M.C is filed with the following
prayers:
(i)" Direct the 5th respondent to
take necessary steps to remove the
3rd respondent from investigating
Crime No.699 of 2018 of Palakkad
Cusaba Police station and entrust the
same with the 4th respondent or any
other competent officer not below the
rank of District Police Chief
(ii) Direct the 4th and 5th
respondents to take effective steps
to see that the accused in Crime
No.699 of 2018 Sri.Sivasankaran does
not interfere in the investigation
(iii) Direct the 4th and 5th
respondents to take effective steps
to see that the accused in Crime
No.699 of 2018 Gri. Sivasankaran does
influence or threaten the petitioner
to withdraw her complaint."

instructions. The prayer in this Writ Petition
is for effective investigation in Crime

also become infructuous.
