          Op (civil) praying inter alia that in the circumstances stated in
   the affidavit filed along with the OP(C) the High Court be pleased to stay
   all further proceedings of E.P.NO.56/2022 in O.S.No.41/2020 of the Sub
   Court, Sulthan Bathery, pending final disposal of the Original Petition
   (C).


          This petition again coming on for orders upon perusing the petition
   and the affidavit filed in support of OP(C) and this court's order dated
   26.9.2024 and upon hearing the arguments of SMT.CELINE JOSEPH, Advocate
   for the petitioners, the court passed the following:
