        OP (Civil) praying inter alia that in the circumstances stated in
   the affidavit filed along with the OP(C) the High Court be pleased to
   issue an interim direction to stay all further proceedings pursuant to E.A
   No. 316/2019 filed by the respondent in Exhibit P4 Execution Petition in
   E.P No. 1334/2014 in O.S No. 2288/2013 on the file of Munsiffs Court,
   Kodungalur, pending disposal of the Original Petition (Civil).


        This petition again coming on for orders upon perusing the petition
   and the affidavit filed in support of OP(C) and this court's order
   dated 02.09.2024 and upon hearing the arguments of M/S C.A.NAVAS,
   T.K.SASIKUMAR, C.J.SOLOMAN & E.G.AMBILY, Advocates for the petitioner and
   of SRI.K.M.ABDUL MAJEED, Advocate for the respondent, the court passed
   the following:
