     Application praying that in the circumstances stated in the
affidavit filed therewith the High Court be pleased to condone the delay
167 days in filing the Writ Appeal against the judgment in W.P.(C)
NO.40674/2018 dated 18/12/2018 and to accept the Writ Appeal on records,
for the ends of justice.
     This Application again coming on for orders on 10/10/2024,upon
perusing the application and the affidavit filed in support thereof and
this court's order dated 22/8/2019, and upon hearing the arguments of JOHN
JOSEPH(ROY), Advocate for the applicant and of SRI.K.P.HARISH,SENIOR
GOVERNMENT PLEADER for R1 and R2 and of V.P.REJITHA (PUZHAKKALIDOM)
Advocate for R3, the court on the same day passed the following:

Heard Sri.John Joseph, learned counsel for the Appellant and Sri.K.P. Harish, learned Senior Government Pleader.

2. Sufficient cause is made out as stated in paragraph 4 of the affidavit, which is that he has just taken charge.

3. The delay of 167 days in filing the appeal stands condoned. The application is accordingly allowed.

4. List the appeal on board on 16 October 2024.
