        OP (Civil) praying inter alia that in the circumstances stated in
   the affidavit filed along with the OP(C) the High Court be pleased to stay
   all further proceeding in E.P No. 1163/2022 in A.R.C No. 799/2020 before
   the Munsiff's Court, Irinjalakuda till the disposal of the above O.P (C).


        This petition again coming on for admission upon perusing the
   petition and the affidavit filed in support of OP(C) and this court's
   order dated 12/08/2024 IN IA 1/2024 upon hearing the arguments of M/S LEGY
   ABRAHAM & M.L. SHAJAN, Advocates for the petitioner, the court passed the
   following:

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the direction in the interim order dated 19/07/2024 for which the time was extended as per order dated 12/08/2024 has been complied with.

Interim order is extended by three months.
