        This Review petition praying that in the circumstances stated in the
   affidavit filed therewith the High Court be pleased to review the judgment
   dated 17.07.2024 passed by this Hon'ble Court in W.A.No.976 of 2024 to the
   extent it defers the election for thirty(30) days as until the expiry of
   the term, namely, 09.12.2024, pending disposal of the Review petition.

        This Review Petition again coming on for orders on 03/10/2024, upon
   perusing the Review Petition,this Court's Order dated 26/09/2024 , the
   affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of
   SENIOR ADVOCATE SRI.GEORGE POONTHOTTAM & NISHA GEORGE, Advocates for the
   Review Petitioners and of GOVERNMENT PLEADER SRI. T.K.VIPINDAS for R1, the
   court on the same day passed the following:

We have been informed that the judgment of the learned Single Judge is still awaiting.

Post this matter on 25.11.2024 .Interim order shall continue till then.
