Prayer for interim relief in the Writ Appeal stating that in the
circumstances stated in the appeal memorandum, the High Court be pleased
to pass an interim order staying the operation of judgment dated
23.09.2024 passed in Writ Petition (civil) No.29808 of 2024 and further,
direct the 2nd Respondent not to award contract in favour of the 4th
Respondent in connection with the Notice Inviting Tender dated 09.02.2024
floated by 2nd Respondent for the lifting transporation, handling, and
delivery of ration articles from source godowns to destination godowns and
fair price shops for the period of 2024-2025 in Tirur Taluk, Malappuram.
This Writ Appeal again coming on for orders on 21/11/2024 , upon
perusing the appeal memorandum and this court's order dated 14/11/2024,the
court on the same day passed the following:
