                     W.P.(C) No.10958 of 2020

Dated this the 14th day of November, 2024

                             JUDGMENT

The writ petition is preferred by challenging Ext.P3 circular

and non consideration of Ext.P4 representation.

2. Ext.P3 circular was issued by the Government, in order

to regulate the functioning of ARD shops during the Covid-19

pandemic to prevent the spreading of the disease. Being

aggrieved by that, Ext.P4 representation was preferred by the

Association of Ration Dealers.

3. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the

case, I am of the considered opinion that there is no point in

considering those prayers raised in this writ petition at this later

point of time.

It appears that nothing survives in this writ petition.

Accordingly, this writ petition is closed.
