affidavit filed therewith the High Court be pleased to extent the time
limit of four weeks, one month and two months respectively mentioned in
paragraph No. 3 of the judgment dated 05/05/2024 by a period of four
weeks, one month and two months respectively from today.

A.Muhamed Mustaque, J.
This is an application filed for time extension. We grant
two weeks time to comply with the directions. If the directions
are not complied within the said period, the Panchayath shall
ensure that the unit is closed down and it can only be
permitted to open after complying with all directions. The
jurisdictional police shall give necessary assistance to the
Panchayath to close down the unit.
