Dated this the 11th day of November, 2024

The above writ petition is filed with following prayers:

"i. Issue a writ in the nature of mandamus or such other writ order or direction commanding the 1 st respondent to take Exhibit P6 application for permanent registration in respect of the vehicle specified in Exhibits P1 to P4 and register the vehicle in the name of the petitioner bank.

ii. Issue such other appropriate writ, order or direction as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case."

2. When the matter taken up for consideration

today, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the

prayers sought for in this writ petition have become

infructuous.

Therefore, this writ petition is dismissed as

infructuous.
