                          JUDGMENT

Dated this the 7th day of November, 2024

The writ petition was filed by the petitioners seeking

to direct the 3rd respondent to consider Ext.P1 and to take

appropriate action in the matter within a time frame to be

fixed by this Court.

2. Ext.P1 representation requires the Deputy

Director of Dairy Development and the Dairy Extension

Officer to conduct election to the Society, after publishing a

list of real agriculturists and following the provisions of law.

3. Government Pleader representing

respondents 1 to 4 submits that election to the 5 th

respondent-Society has been conducted on 28.10.2024. In

the circumstances, the writ petition has become infructuous.

The writ petition is therefore dismissed as

infructuous. All legal contentions raised in the writ petition

and Ext.P1 representation, are left open.
