                               JUDGMENT

1. The present writ petition has been filed for the following

prayers;

(i) Issue a writ of certiorari or other appropriate order quashing Exhibit-P2 Advocate Commissioner notice dated 13/9/2024 ,and allow the petitioner to repay the overdue loan amount in 25 equal monthly installments.

(ii) Grant such other and further reliefs, as that are appropriate and incidental to this Writ Petition.

2. This Court granted indulgence to the petitioner vide the

interim order dated 30.09.2024, despite this was the second writ

petition for the same cause of action. However, the petitioner has

not complied with the interim order dated 30.09.2024. Therefore,

this Court finds no justification in keeping this writ petition

pending on the files of this Court. Hence, the present writ petition

is hereby dismissed. Sd/-
