JUDGMENT
The present OP (DRT) has been filed impugning the order dated
10.10.2024 passed by the Debts Recovery Tribunal-I, Ernakulam in
Securitization Application No.741/2024.
2. Considering the outstanding dues towards the respondent
Bank to be recovered from the petitioners, i.e., Rs.5,23,27,680/-, the
Tribunal, as an interim measure, has directed the petitioners to deposit
a sum of Rs.2 crores with the respondent Bank on or before 24.10.2024.
3. The learned Counsel for the petitioners submits that she
confines the prayer only to an extension of time to make the deposit of
Rs.2 crores within a further period of two weeks.
4. Considering the limited prayer, the time for making a deposit
of Rs.2 crores in compliance with the order dated 10.10.2024 passed by
the Debts Recovery Tribunal-I, Ernakulam, is extended by two weeks
from today. If the petitioners fail to make the deposit within two weeks

from today, the Bank shall be free to take appropriate measures as it
deems fit and proper under the law.
The OP (DRT) stands disposed of.
